All online credit card orders are processed with our completely secure online order form. Shipping and handling are added after you place your order so that we can charge you the exact amount based on the weight of your order. Your card is not charged at the time you place your order.It is charged when we are ready to start processing your order.

We welcome the use of Jacqueline's paintings on non-commercial websites only as long as credit with a link is given to Toadstool Farm, and they are not changed. All images should be downloaded to your own computer, do not link them directly from our site. Do not offer the images as free-use clip art.
Whats it gonna cost me to ship this and how longs it gonna take? TOP
Shipping is added after you order, not at checkout, so you will not see the shipping rate on your emailed order receipt. This is so that we can pack and weigh your item and charge you what it costs us to ship, as opposed to guessing and possibly overcharging you. We do our level best to ship as inexpensively as possible, but please do understand that we also want your items to arrive in perfect condition and so we will attempt to pack with great care and this may cost a little extra.
Shipping is done from our Southern California location. All orders are shipped via United States Priority Mail. If you would like us to ship it another way, please let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate you. We try to get orders out within a week or so of receiving them but during busy times, it might take longer.
Please note that we are a small studio that travels a lot to shows. Many of the shows we do are in out of the way locations and modern communications are, at best, at a minimum. If you email or call and we dont get right back to you, chances are we are away at one of these shows and will get back to you immediately upon our return.
If you would like to use one of Jacqueline's works for a tattoo for yourself, you are more than welcome to do so. All we ask if for a photo of the completed tattoo for our Gallery.
Commercial tattoo artists, please do not offer Jacqueline's work without express permission from Jacqueline. Please send an email if you would like more information about tattoos.

We really strive hard to provide the very best customer service and a wonderful product to all of our customers, and we have very few returns because of that. However, we also want you to be pleased with anything you get from us. If not, we are happy to take a return. Please see our policies below to make your return or exchange the easiest possible.
We accept returns on Toadstool Farm Art items only if the items are returned in undamaged, resellable condition, within 20 days from date of shipping. Any damages incurred during shipping will need to be returned immediately, so please inspect your packages carefully. Do not forget to include a note or send us an email noting the reason for the return and what you would prefer, an exchange or a refund. Toadstool Farm Vintage items are returnable only for exchange or store credit, no refunds. Thanks!
Do you do consignment? Donations? TOP
Not very often, but try us and see. We do buy straight out however. You do not need an appt, but feel free to call before you come down to make sure Jacq is in to view your stuff.
Donations are ALWAYS welcome and encouraged! Anything we cannot use personally we will be happy to donate to a worthy charity for you.
What are your hours at the store? TOP
Tuesday and Wednesday: Sporadic depending on Jacq's teaching schedule. (She teaches horseback riding, did you know? See the Horses section for more info on that)
Thursday through Saturday: 12-7
We're closed Mondays.
