Our adored mares both delivered safe and healthy foals again this year. Willow gave us a gorgeous filly, yet again, and guess what? This one was not sold prior to birth! Can you believe it? The first time ever. Little Evangeline is for sale for $9000. You can see her on our Sales page or email us for more info. She's stunning and a total love bug.
Topsy gave us a sturdy sweet colt, namked Killian. Killian was sold prior to his conception to the wonderfull Christine, and we are thrilled that she got such a fabulous and friendly little guy.
Willow has been reconfirmed in foal for a 2010 baby, and that foal is already sold. Congrats to Barb and Richard! Topsy is geting a much deserved year off from breeding. So only one foal for us for next year.
That said, we have listed 3 of our horses for lease. Topsy, who will need some light exercise during her sojourn, Tuck, and Sissy. All 3 horses are fabulous and suitable for most levels of riders. Contact us for more info.

We've got lots of new pictures of all the boys this update. You can spot them all on their indidviual pages in the Stallion section.
Both Willow and Topsy are confirmed in foal for 2009 babies. Topsy's Gypsy foal is already sold, but Willow's purebred Friesian by our Krist is still available. That foal will be $8500. As you probably already know, our foals always sell before they are born and latley before they are even conceived so dont delay.
We are thrilled to anounce that our KristXWillow filly from 2007, Wren, took Site Champion at this year's FHS kuering in Southern California. Woot!!! Update!!! We just learned she made Grand Champion filly for the entire North American FHS Kuerings! !!!
We've moved again. Toadstool Farm is back at the LAEC in our old barn. Come by and visit if you get the chance!

We are thrilled to annouce the creation of a brand new video featuring Jacqueline and the horses of Toadstool Farm. You probably spotted it on our Home page but if it would not load for you, you can also see it at YouTube here:

Barnane had another gorgeous foal for us this year. Little Mercedes ( also known as Baby Boo was born in May to the delight of her human person, Andrea. She can be seen on our foals page and also on Barnane's page. As you can see, Mercedes is already sold, as is our expected 2009 foal ( Congrats to Christine on the purchase of this foal!), but we are taking reservations for our 2010 Gypsy foal.
Willow, sadly, did not hold he foal for this year so she has been bred back for a 2009 purebred Friesian foal. This foal is for sale and still available.
Obviously, our foals are getting harder and harder to come by since folks are now reserving them before they are even conceived and as you may know, we've never had one hit the ground that was not sold before birth, so if you are thinking of getting a precious Toadstool Farm foal, dont wait too long to make your reservation.
We have all brand new pictures of the lovely Barnane ( Topsy) on her page for you to see.

Congratulations to Terrie on the new addition to her family, the lovely Draak!

Jacqueline finally broke down and got a MySpace page. Its mostly for her artwork, but she will keep up with the critters there too, so come on by and say hey...

Toadstool Farm has moved!!! Well, sorta....we still live in the same place, but we have always had our stallions boarded at a large facility here in the Los Angeles area. Well, a wonderful opportunity came up for Jacqueline to move her operation to a private facility nearby. She could not pass it up! So, as of February, Toadstool Farm is now at the wonderful, quiet, and peaceful Sand River Ranch. All the new room at this ranch has enabled Jacqueline to grow the training and instruction side of her farm business. A new page has been added to our website describing our services and Jacqueline's philosophy and what we can offer you. Click on the button titled Training and Instruction above to check it out.
As ever, drop us a line
to let us know you've been by. Be well!
