Tuck has received his Fell Pony Society Breeding license! Congrtas to him on becoming the newest licensed breeding stallion in the U.S.! His first year of breeding will officially be 2006. We look forward to it!

For Sale

Tuck, a Fell Pony, is our newest rare breed stallion. Born in May of 2002, he came to us in February of 2003 at the tender age of 10 months from the Fells of England.

Fells are a rare breed, with just less than 100 horses existing in the United States at the time of this writing. The majority of Fells are black, about 87% actually. But our Tuck is one of a few percentage of Fells who are born grey. He will be snow white by the time he is about 9 years old.

To our knowledge there is only one other grey stallion in the U.S. as of March, 2005 ( if you know of more, let us know!). Tuck is sired by Goytvalley Magic Minstrel, and out of a mare named Orton Hall Dolly. Tucks registered name is Llancloudy Abraham.

Tuck is quite a precocious young man, and he is growing up to be quite a precocious stallion! He is charming and cute, energetic and playful, affectionate and smart, slightly stubborn ( ponies!) and unbelievably curious! If you are in a paddock with him doing something, he can't stand not knowing what it is you're messing with. He just HAS to investigate!.

We look forward with great anticipation to his breeding career, which should start in 2005 or 2006, as well as his career as an ambassador for his breed.

Between shows, exhibitions and media performances, showing off the tricks and High School movements we can already tell he will excel at, we envision a beautiful future for this boy!


He has been lightly started this, his third, year, and without a doubt is the most levelheaded little horse we've ever worked with. We have yet to find something that will spook him! But he is forward and willing and fun as well! Sure-footed, smart, lovely to hack out on since he is all of the above.

Put together just beautifully with loads of heavy bone, a strong, short, level back and lovely head and neckset. Top it all off with a strong desire to work and learn, that willing and kind nature and forward, beautiful movement, he is just all around a wonderful critter!

Minor Herd Reduction!!!! Surprise of surprises, Jacqueline has found her very own self in 'foal' for a November 2005 baby! Its a little girl, and her name is Antonia. But with the addition of this sure to be darling little filly, Jacqueline's time and energy will be somewhat divided. Always wanting the very best for her horses, she has reluctantly decided to offer a few of her horses for sale at this time.

Prophet Saxon, and Firefly have sold, but Tuck and the adorable Dragonfly are for sale to good, approved homes only. Tuck WILL still be standing at stud until any sale is complete and all breeding contracts will be honored as part of any sale contract.

Asking price for Tuck is $16,000. This is an unheard of price for something that is VERY hard to find, an adult, approved Fell pony breeding stallion already standing here in the United States.
